Resolved Question: What's your favorite style for guys?

I tend to go through phases of what I like to wear. I went through the sportswear phase, the 'trendy urban' phase (ripped jeans, printed t-shirts, hoodies...), the mod phase (black shoes, suits, shirts, ties...) and recently an 'active' style (cargo pants, hiking shoes, fleece jackets...). At the moment though I often find myself just going out in my (scruffy) work clothes or jeans and plain t-shirts... and I'm actually more into "fashion" now than at any part of my life. As a consequence there are so many styles I like, but none I've committed to. So what do you like to see guys wear? And before anyone says it I'm not going goth or emo. It's not the people I disagree with; it's the style. I just hate it. I want to look good without putting a lot of effort in... not put a lot of effort in to purposely look 'odd'. more

I've been invited to a football match, which is taking place tomorrow afternoon, so time is of the essence here. Anyway, as I've never frequented a place of common interest such as this, I've been advised to wear protective clothing of some description. Apparently, the brochure and newspapers display in great detail all the action on a regular basis, and provide auto biographical sketches with all the action. I'm rather keen to broaden my horizons so to speak, about how the other half live. So far I plan to wear a very thick vest, protective clothing from all the paint, high visibility jacket and hard hat. However, I do have a few concerns, will I have to wear sportswear of some-kind with Nicky emblazoned everywhere and do I get paid sponsorship monies for this, I really hope I get a box seat, as I don't want to miss all the entertainment ? more

I need more places where I can shop for clothes at. Me and everyone at my school always shop at Aero, Hollister, A&F, and AE, and I like those places, but I need more varity. I kinda like Roxy, but I'm not sure. If it helps, I have very light skin, (need to get some sun this sumer☺) and brownish blond hair. Almost any store will work unless it has like prada prices, (you get an idea from above, give or take a little) because I only live, oh, 1, 1 1/2, hours away from the mall of america. For most guys, diamonds (except maybe on watches or as evening studs) still need a reality check. But when Giorgio Armani puts a bold flower pin on the lapel of a suit or Miuccia Prada teams a bead necklace with a collar and tie, you have to accept that male jewels are taking off. Prada also pinned a sailing boat brooch on a jacket and added more of the "tricks" or decorative gadgets that she launched last season. They have become a big hit dangling from belts and bags. The general tendency is for a tribal vibe, suggesting all the ethnic, male nobility that goes with sharks' teeth, carved horn, shells and beadwork.
