Welcome back to TWE which presents Survivour Series. This is it, what we have all been waiting for, the Brand V Brand competition ends tonight. Who's gonna win Revenge or Re-Born or the real Question is who's gonna get FIRED Shane or Stephanie McMahon. We have 3 Brand V Brand Matches tonight to decide the winning Brand. We also have both World Title's on the line. Sting's final Match, a Brutal Number 1 Contender Match and HBK Vs AJ Styles which will kick off tonights action. Event 1 A few weeks ago these 2 guys went against each other for the first time where AJ got a shock win over HBK, the following week they teamed up in a Tag Match, but after the match HBK gave a Sweet Chin Music to AJ Styles. When AJ aske for an explination the following week he received the same treatment. HBK says the reason for this is beacause people actually took their match seriously. He says it was a flook win and will proove it tonight AJ Styles Vs Shawn Michaels Event 2 The First of 3 Brand v Brand Matches tonight, we start off with The Diva's. Representing Revenge are -: Angelina Love, Maryse, Michelle McCool, Natalya and Victoria Representing Re-Born are -: Awsome Kong, Beth, Cherry, Melina and Mickie James The Match Starts off with Mickie James and Maryse, Angelina Love is the first to be eliminated by Awsome Kong followed by Michelle McCool also by Kong. Natalya takes out Cherry of Revenge. Mickie James is next to go shortly followed by Melina leaving just Beth and Kong, between them they eliminate the rest of The Revenge Team picking up the first win of the night for Re-Born giving them an advantage. (Winners of this Match have been picked by me to fit the Storyline) Event 3 John Cena is backstage preparing for one of The most Brutal Matches of his career. Whilst he is preparing Batista approaches him, he tells Cena that he may be The last person he wants to see right now, but no matter what happens during this match Batista says that he will always respect Cena, if it was not for a shot a The Title then there would be no way he would go ahead with it. Cena agree's with Batista and tells him that the prize at the end of it is worth too much for him to turn down. The shake Hands and make their way out as their match is next. John Cena Vs Batista This Match has been created by Revenge GM Shane McMahon as both men said to wanted more oppurtunity. As a result he has set up what he calls an Extreme Last Man Standing Steel Cage Match. The Cage will have a roof so there is no escape. There has been 4 Chairs and 2 Tables placed inside The Steel Cage and the only way to win this match is to knock their opponent down for a 10 Count as in a Last Man Standing Match. Event 4 Brand V Brand Match This match was set up by the TWE Chairmans who picked the representatives from each Brand. This is a 1 v 1 Match. Representing Revenge is Kofi Kingston and Brian Kendrick of Re-Born. Kendrick took a while to get started in the match, but found some momentum. He managed to get The Kendrick on Kofi, but he kicked out. After plenty of High Flying Action Kofi Kingston picked up the win for Revenge after a Trouble In Paradise. This levels things up for The Night leaving it at 1-1. Who will it be winning in tonights Main Event when Revenge take on Re-Born in The Final 5 v 5 Traitional Survivour Series Match up. Event 5 Shane McMahon is backstage with his World Title Champion The Big Show. He asks Big Show if tonights match against Booker T will have any problems for him. Big Show says it won't be a problem, just another walk in the park for him and another easy Title Defence. Shane tells Big Show that he just wanted to make sure the were no problems and in case there was Booker T had a little accident earlier on tonight with a Baseball Bat. He tells Big Show that he doesn't want him to break up too much of a sweat. Revenge World Title Match Big Show (c) Vs Booker T Event 6 For many months Shane has had a habit of causing most of The Revenge Roster hell. One person who's life has been made the most difficuit in recent months is Sting's. Shane threatened Sting and told him that the next time he loses a Match at a PPV he will be FIRED and forced to retire, after defeating Vldamir Kozlov Sting was forced to meet Raven at Cyber Sunday in an 'I QUIT' Match. Sting won this match and then said to Shane that he would finish on HIS terms not Shane's, he then declared that he would have his final Match tonight at Survivour Series and he would pick his opponent as he felt he had 1 Last Good Fight left in him. Sting choose The Undertaker. Sting's Farewell/Retirement Match Sting Vs The Undertaker Event 7 Re-Born TWE Title Match Kane beat The Great Khali for a shot at The TWE Title, he also currently holds The US Title. If Kane wins tonight he will be The first person in TWE to hold 2 Title's at the same time. Kane Vs Edge Main Event 5 v 5 Traditional Survivour Series Matc Main Event 5 v 5 Traditional Survivour Series Match. This is The deciding Match. Who ever wins is the winning Brand and which ever GM is on the losing side will be FIRED here tonight on The SPOT. One of The Announce Table's has been converted into a Table for The 2 GM's and The TWE Chairman who will sit between them for this Match. There is a lot riding on this Match. This Battle has been going on for 3 months and it will en here tonight. Stephanie has had a bit of thinking to do this week, not only did one of HER Superstars Rey Mysterio betray her and join Revenge, but The Great Khali suffered an injury and is being replace by Umaga. May could not have come fast enough for the budding group of departing seniors from Colford University. On an evening where the euphoric skyline that draped over the jubilant grads stood still in a blend of blue and tangerine, the day was about to retire into the evening twilight. For the numerous students who packed commuter vans and walked in groups averaging 3-5, their nights were just beginning. Most were ready to let their hair down after a tumultuous month of papers, exams, and research studies. Among the gallery of white baseball caps, oversized cups and domesticated cackling, stood well known attendees at an off-campus mixer. Ellie Bowden and her group of girlfriends comprised that list. Ellie and her girls were checking out the scenery, as they had so succinctly put into their efforts of meeting men of legitimate dating material. Across the way, Brendan Rainer had his sights set on the 5’7 tawny-haired bombshell her mother affectionately refers to as 'A little Ellie-fish, about to enter the big pond of life'. Wearing a striped, button-down shirt, draped onto dreary denim jeans, and parted black hair and sideburns Brenden has had his ups-and-downs with the girl department. To his chagrin, although he valued and respected women, it has most often proved to be his Achilles heel as far as his love life was concerned. He was usually the best friend and he had long since tired of that image. Him and his buddies were also on hand kicking back in the corner and conversing. Was Ellie Bowden out of his league? Maybe. But then again, he had his gameface on. Nothing was going to stand in his way, except for two Capri-sporting, sandal-wearing, necklaced girls who got his attention first. His mother Beverly was the first to hug the first of the clan to have done anything productive past high school. Over the years, they had gone out of their way to bond with their kid over a variety of topics, ranging from learning to balance his own check book to sex. Brendan beyond hoped it would not be one of those talks.. Admittedly enough his estrangement from his parents at a young age was not something that would deter his parents from doing their part in raising his son with some semblance of integrity and standard. That did not always stay in tact once Brendan started his freshman year, but then again so didn't his laundry habits. Resolved Question: Should I try out for my college's baseball team?

They're a low major division 1 baseball team. I played two years of JV baseball in HS (started all games my junior year) and I really like baseball, I'm just not all that good. I think I can get better though. My biggest problem is that I'm 5'5 so coaches like to play me in the OF (even though I really like 1B) and my arm is very weak. I'm good at contacting the ball, but I don't tend to get a lot of base hits. my BA was like .030 in HS. Should I give it a try? I feel I am a lot more confident now and I am going to hit those batting cages often Also since I'm 5'5, 130lbs, I'm really fast. I've got natural lateral speed. okay this is going to be long. i live in a nice subdivision(no even close to being like the projects) My neighbors on the either side of me are what we are talking about. one side is black the other is whiteish(not really for sure) the son(age 18) of the black family and the uncle(30something) of the white family is the concern here. long story short. but i have discovered that the black kid is selling crack(ya you read that right) to the white dude. they have started fueding over $80 that the white dude owes the black kid. the mama of the black kid told the white guy that she doesn't care if her son is selling him crack but he better not lay a hand on her son(she screamed this across the yards). then a couple of nights ago the black kid and 2 of his friends jumped a white kid(approx. 15) that hangs out at the other neighbors house. this occured in my and the black kid's side yards. i had no idea until the next day. the white kid then when and got his friends instead of telling his parents. yesterday i am leaving to do get my 2 year old from daycare when the black kid comes tearing across my yard, hits my driveway with a baseball bat and goes after the white kid and his friends. nothing else happens. today i come home from getting my child from daycare and another of my neighbors calls to ask me what happened at my house. well come to find out(a different neighbor) about 30 or so mostly black kids were in front of the 3 houses. they had on their "gang" attire and were about to get in a "fight". now i say "gang" cause i don't live in cali i live in a small town in TN and the gangs here are a joke. and i say "fight" because teens don't really fight anymore. they shoot. well the cops show up and just send everyone home. all 30 or so kids live some where close or in my neighborhood. and no my neighborhood isn't mainly black. it's a military community. now back to the uncle. obviously he is smoking crack and he is also getting his neice and some other the other kids to sell for him so he can get his stuff for free. and they have already gotten into trouble for breaking in a house in the back of the neighborhood. cops have watch their house and the DEA has even been over there but it's like they can get search warrants and they never arrest anyone they just stand outside looking like retards. there is ALOT more than that but that is the jist of it. no i'm not moving because i will not let them scare me out of my house. so i am wondering who, what, when i can do to make them stop other than a lame neighborhood watch. another neighbor has called the drug task force but nothing ever came of that either. my biggest fear is that it will keep escalting and my window will get shot out or worse from a stray bullet. the white people own their house( they will maybe be moving in april) and the black people are renting and i do have the owners name but have no way to locate him( he's in the military and probably in iraq). any real legal help would be appreciated. more

Okay, When I was a little kid dad had this mate called Johnny, When I was little I used to have this really big fear of "The boogie man" so he used to sit out the front with his Baseball Bat lol. Ok, so I have an older brother who really isn't a brother, but my godfather, but has done more for me then my real brother and father, so which is why to him I am his little brother, and he is my big bro. He is 22 and I am 12. I love him a lot, though I have a hard time showing it, and I know it, I mean to tell him how I feel for him, like he does, he always tells me he loves me and will always be there for me. He is a dream come true. If he is far away, and I call him and need something, he comes, no matter, we go to the movies, bowling, road trips, batting cages, water parks, wow, I don't know what we haven't done. He take me to so many cool places, we go eat together, I can ask him questions, and he always has an answer, everyone loves him for who he is. He is funny, smart, and just amazing, and idol to me. My friends love him, my family loves him, we went trick or treating and it took like 5 hours, of which 3 were him being stopped by people to talk to him. I have known him for 2 years, and as I said, he has always been there for me, school, baseball games, hw, projects, doctors appointments, etc. But I think its time I be there for him, and he seems very stressed out lately, and I think he is going through depression. He has started smoking, a little, not much, but I hate it, I don't want him to smoke, i dont want him to die on me, my family is Hugh, massive, but I really only have the two people in my life, my mom and my big bro/godfather. Everyone else can screw themselves, they don't care about me, dad included. Ok, so he is smoking, and he has been taking medication, I checked his room, its xanax and Prozac, and his mood has changed a lot. Resolved Question: Is it me or do the Laws of the USA and this country itself cater to the criminals?

I've noticed that no matter what law is at hand, it caters to the criminals. If somebody breaks into your home and you hit them with a baseball bat because you feel threatened, you can go to jail for Assault and Battery with a weapon, but the criminal can get off easily for breaking into your home. Also, in almost all public schools, if a student fights back against a bully or some weirdo, during a fight, then that kid is just as bad and can be arrested. Plus, most DUI/DWI people get off with barely any sentence and so many murderers and killers have actually been let out on Parole because they passed a psychological evaluation and the wardens feel they are fit for the public because of their time served. Also, why is it that the illegal foreigners of this country get to reap all of the American benefits without hassle, but any average American has to go through so much blood, sweat, and tears to get a good paycheck with good health benefits and is able to actually support his or her family under an actual roof. I've never met a foreigner who wasn't well off, but I have met so many Americans who work and go to school for a living, but still can't make ends meet because of stupid government regulation regarding taxes and because of poor business practices. All these foreigners do, is come to America, apply for a visa or a green card, get accepted, then apply to any job and get accepted their too because of their nationality. It's all about quotas and it's wrong. Plus, all people talk about how this country needs better Business laws because this country is all about Businesses wanting to help people...I think this is false because when is the last time you spoke to an American when you called any customer service for some sort of Electronic (Microsoft is a great example). Last, but not least, the biggest crime of all time in this country, is that a criminal can do harm to a law-abiding citizen, but if that citizen fights back, he or she will be more likely to go to jail. I know of a person and his/her family who got arrested because a thief broke into their home, while the family was there (children, too), and the husband beat the crap out of the thief and the thief pressed charges against the husband. The thief got off with just probation and a fine, while the husband served some jail time. Can anyone explain this to me? I've also heard of more people go to jail for unpaid parking tickets, than I have for sex offenders, which is absolutely absurd and wrong. Land of the Free is more like Land of the Crooked and ill-witted Law. Also, so many advertisements lie and break laws for false advertisement, yet there are always loopholes to allow them. Another example of this are those High Fructose Corn Syrup commercials. If you actually read scientific studies and medical studies that aren't paid for by food companies and companies that support their Campain, you will see that HFCS suppresses the hormone in the human body that make you feel like you are no longer hungry. Also, HFCS is about 4-5x sweeter than sugar and much more fatening. Are any of these things on their website? No. This is because, it is a Campaign to simply fool all consumers into believing it is okay so that Food Companies can continue using it because it would cost them more money to use real sugar, and/or not use any sweetner at all since the average person dislikes non-sweet foods, which would cause them to lose business. Wake up America, the Food Industry could care less about your health. Business Marketing lies, Science does not. All these Defense Laws state: As long as the criminal does not physically touch you or your family and/or friends, you MUST let he or she do what it is that he or she wants to do. Basically, I'm supposed to let the criminal strip me of everything that I worked for and expect some insurance company or government entity to pay/get it all back for me when I know for a fact that they won't and will not care about me or my family and friends. What is up with that? It's insanity. There was something I read recently that even stated there was a loophole with the law that state Police Officers aren't even obligated to protect citizens in a certain state because of another contradicting regulation, which still hasn't been changed. Bibs, for your information, I do not read newspapers and I do not trust the media at all. I just wrote an eight page research paper on why the media is the fourth branch of government at my university and receive the grade of A- on it from a professor who was in the special forces and is on his way to acquiring a third Phd. I guess research and personal experience is false, huh? Resolved Question: "Sensitive" Boys and the "rough and tumble" Boys?

My boy is just over the age of 3 and has always been very careful with his toys, will clean his room and full of love to show to other people. When I have ''friends'' over for my son--they are the typical boy running up and down against the wall, banging the plastic baseball bat against his toys etc and loud--the complete opposite of my son. Just this morning some boys who were visiting with their mom and destroyed his house by banging cars into it even tho I asked them to stop, their mom did nothing and I tried to explain that my son had worked hard on it--it was big tower of mini homes stuck together. When they left, my son was down cast and when I asked him what was wrong -he'd said "nothing'' and looked sad and bc I knew he was upset, I talked it out with him. He's always getting compliments on how well-mannered and sweet he is and I want to keep that trait but at times wonder if I should ''tough him up''. What do you think? Before some Einstein say he should tough it up and deal it-don't bother bc I love him the way he is but I do worry about how he'll be when he hits school and this is how the majority of boys are I'd like to hear from other moms who have ''sensitive'' little guys. A few months my wife called the cops and said I threathened to chopp her hand off if she ever hit me again. They charged me with aggravated assault. About six years ago I cuaght her kissing another woman in our house and slapped the both of them and was charged with simple battery. No bruses and not really hard, and told the other woman to leave, she called the cops and ended up moving into our home and helped to supply my wife with drugs. We lost our house and they were writting letters to each other wanting to be married. Anyway, I got a TPO aggainst me and then informed the judge that they were doing drugs around our three kids in the house. The judge sent them to her sisters. I soon was asked by the family if I would get a house close to the family, would I want to take care of my own children, heck yes and I did. I changed jobs and moved no questions. My wife didn't even see the kids for about 8 months. Now, I had to take anger managment and pay fines and all that. She called me one day and said she wants out of the relationship with this girl and that she wants to get off the drugs(ice). I gave it great thought and did lots of research for people on drugs and what they might do, also on bipolar people and what they might do. She became very aggressive and went crazy a few times. I took her crap and tossed it into her van and told her to hit the road. BlaBlah blah. I let her stay. Then a few weeks go by I find drugs in her purse and that was it. She decided to get into a program, and she did. She stayed at a place in Rome Georgia and went through the entire program. I still had great feelings for her but also understood only she could change. After about six months into the program she tells me that they say if the kids can come and be with her it will help both her and the kids. I agree with reserve. Now, about a year and a half goes by and she's gone through the program, got a government funded housing apartment and still has the kids. I couldn't get them back and then started having to pay child support. When I had them for about eight months, she didn't pay a dime. Not to complian about the child support, but I think she might have snowed me. Now I think another eight or maybe ten months go by and I start staying over with her and the kids. We patch it up and decide to move back home to a small north Georgia town. Her mother passes away and she is left with those feelings and of course I'm right there. Other than the slap, I've never hit my wife or beat her, she's always hit me. Now, she recieves money from her mother's passing and we decide to go into business for our selves. Things of course don't happen all of a sudden, but I keep working at it and it takes off. Now, when you get your customer to approve the price and he or she agrees, they will say I will have the check within a couple of days. Well, sometimes this means a week or more. I didn't recieve the check wich she thought I should have had it by now, she looses it. Hits, puches throws and kicks at me and tells me I should sale everything and I am a looser. Time goes by she kicks me out of the house three times, I leave once. The times she kicked me out I had to sleep on the floor at the office. She has beat herself up, in the face with wild puches and even produced a knot, then threatened to call the cops if I didn't leave. All three times the cops showed up they never did anything. I have always felt that she would calm down and start to think that I would hurt her. Never did and never would. That girl that she lived with used to beat the crap out of her and cause bad brusing. I was also told, regreatfully, by a family member to damn late, that she was just like her abussive father who drank also. He did finally changed at over sixty. When I left she says I left her and the kids. That's the time I left. She has had arguments with neighbors, a couple of neighbors witnessed her kick, punch and beat me one night and spit in my face. The anger-managment tells you to try and leave when they are not looking and don't aggrevate the situation. I do admit when after walking into the basement or going outside, she follows me not taking her eyes off of me, I have said to her you hit me one more time I will hit you back. Now let me tell you, I am not big and she is not small, she can hit pretty hard especially with a baseball bat, which she did one night. The arguments were pretty much the same about money. Of course when she would go through these rages she didn't care if anyone was around including our children. Heartbreaking situation and I never knew what to do. She also called the cops three times and they would show up. One time I had a couple and really felt it necessary to leave so they took me to my office. One night she put on boots that she hadn't worn since she was a teeanger, they didn't fit and were barely on her feet, while she followed me around the house with a beer in one hand and an butcher knife in the other threating to you k We are getting a divorce for sure. more

I play baseball in a "mexican league" down here in Richmond,tx i'm 19 i'm a southpaw i throw pretty good but i know i need more training this past sunday we had double header and i played a full 1-1/2 innings both games combined. i know it's not a racist thing(i hope) but i'm the only white guy on the team and i feel pretty bummed cause of what the manager did to me sunday everyone else got a couple of at-bats except me i got none anyways with all that in mind my question is should i quit the team and league and train on my own and go try out for a better league in houston? or should i stay with the team and league and train the little that i can?. I need expret advice this is what i wanna do with my life make it to the big leagues, so i dont mean to be rude but if u dont have any experience with my queastion don't post an answer. First and foremost I am distraught over the fact history has repeated itself 2 straight seasons. In which, we had the NL East for virtually the whole year only to give it up in the end. What made matters even worse is that we beat the Phillies more times this year than they beat us. Something we could not say a year ago. Anyways, our bullpen is a joke and they should give us a public apology for sucking. Billy Wagner is old and although he had a good year he makes me shaky because even though he throws with speed he is unbridled w/ his pitches. The rest of the bullpen is a joke. In regards to our starters we have a good starting rotation but I think Pedro's time is up he has a huge contract and was brought here for the sole purpose of a WS. He has not lived up to the promise is just getting injured. The same as Orlando Hernandez we should get rid of him. Then we can make a run for the AL leader in strikeouts AJ Burnett he is likely to opt out and we would have Johann the best pitcher in the league w/ Burnett one of the best. We can also pickup JJ Putz he can be in our pen and definetly go after K. Rod who is a FA. We would have 2 of the best pitchers and the best closer in baseball. As for the infield keep David Wright he was an emotional wreck he cares about winning. Yes, he hasnt come up big in the clutch, but he is young and a great player give it more time. Delgado should also stay he was great this year. Jose Reyes came up with a big hit should stay is very fast and blossoming into one of the best SS's in baseball. Luis Castillo that bum has to go trade him to Houston let us bring back Kazuo Matsui he is a better hitter, a much better fielder, and clutch look at what he did in Colorado. He is also a good base stealer that can compliment the greatness of Reyes in that aspect. Also Beltran is a good base stealer as well. This year as a Stro Matsui played behind Mark Loretta a more defensively sound 2Bmen. With the Mets Matsui would do good as our first option. As for the OF get rid of Anderson, Alou, Pagan, Nixon, and Church who really screwed with us. Started off, fine then fucked it up beyond repair, and Evans. Then look to get Morgan Ensberg he is a great hitter and would give the Mets an added bat. Also the Mariners and Ichiro are having trouble lure him in he would be great in NY. Resolved Question: How can i fight someone bigger and stronger than me?

I'm 14, im short, im about 5ft 6, theres this guy who always picks on me and makes it a point to make my life hell, but he never really hurt me physically that much, but yesterday he thought i was pushing him or something like that and when i was walking down the stairs he kicked me in my lower back, it really hurt, i was angry and bolted him yelling, swearing, teasing his mum calling him a son of a !3itch like a million times, it was the first time i ever went angry at him, then he pinned me up on the wall, and he said that he will kill me if i mention his mother again and said that hes not a swearing !3itch. I said get ure filthy hands off me and i told him that im not scared of him (but i am) he then smirked and went off i was really angry i couldn't control it, i guess it was an adrenaline rush because i was super pissed off because he kicked me in my back so i went up to him and i started swearing again, telling him that he has no right to kick me or touch me and he pushed me and said "what r u gonna do?" i tried pushing him back and going towards him, but everyone broke the fight up and told the other guy that im not worth the energy to fight. He said that he's going to put me in hospital for a year and that he will break every single bone in my body, i'm like scared of going to school tommorow, should I go? He's real big he's 6ft 3 or 6ft 4 and he's my age (14) he's black (not being racist, please no one take offense to that) also pretty well built, he can squash me like an ant, but if i get involved in a fight with him, with no way out but to fight, what do i do if i have to fight? Someone told me if i'm in that position i have to fight dirty like kick him in the kneecaps and do stuff like that, but i'm sort of scared and also not certain what to do. Please help me out here, i'm not a great fan of violence, but i guess if i have no alternative i can't do anything else, What should i do? I'm in serious need of advice... There is a guy who has been on my baseball team for 6 seasons total, is in all of my classes, and I see him constantly. To be honest I hate the dude, he never leaves me alone, always is giving me "friendly hits" that I don't perceive as friendly, and trying to get me to sit with him in classes. Now I'm a very nice person, so I return these gestures despite me not wanting to, and really just wanting to say "LEAVE ME THE HECK ALONE!" But anywho, the other night he hit an all-time low with me. We had baseball practice, and I have an expensive bat that I've made clear is not to be shared with my teammates, (I've had the bat for almost 2 years, and I consider it my baby) and I've especially made it clear to him. For the past 2 seasons I always turned him down when he asked to use my bat, and I told him same thing when he asked me at practice last night. Anyways back to the story, I get at bat, hit the ball and then go to a different part of the field, leaving my bat, and see him pick it up, get a liner, and stand on first with a big smile on his face going "HEY MAN YOUR BAT IS FULL OF LUCK!!!" Not only did his comment make me mad, but the fact he used my bat KNOWING that I said no, just crosses the line.
